1. What computers or DVD players will your product work on?

1. What computers is your product compatible with? [top]
CDs will play in computers running Windows®. DVDs will play in any DVD player that can play DVD-R media (almost
every modern DVD player!) To use the DVD in a computer, the computer must have DVD player software installed (e.g. Windows Vista, PowerDVDTM, WinDVD®).
Our CD presentations have been tested under Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. Minumum requirements
are a Pentium-II or higher, a CD-ROM drive, and support for 800x600 screen resolution.
Our DVD presentations have been tested in a wide range of stand-alone DVD players and DVD-ROM drives.
2. I've heard college coaches are looking to evaluate video only and don't want to see any "bells & whistles", would
college coaches prefer a VHS tape to your product? [top]
Our product is designed to be as staightforward and intuitive as possible. There is no music or extraneous "bells & whistles".
A coach who wants to evaluate video only would simply put the disc in a computer or DVD player and click on the "Video" button. All the videos will
be available to play, complete with controls for play, pause, stop, and a slider toolbar. This slider allows the user to drag back and forth to any part of the video much
easier than dealing with rewind and fast forward on a VCR. In addition the coach can click on "printable profile" and get an Adobe PDF page
that includes all relevant information on the athlete and can be printed out on a single sheet of paper, complete with head shot of the athlete.
Our product is definitely every bit as convenient and easy to use as a VHS tape, but with many value added features, not the least of which is helping you stand out from the
pile of VHS tapes in the coach's office. We have received nothing but positive feedback from coaches to date.
3. If I place an order for your standard package, can I order additional discs later? [top]
Yes! We keep a master copy of your presentation on file, and can produce extra discs for you as needed.
They can be ordered at a nominal cost (the same price as ordering extras up front with
your original order).

Our printable sheet opens in a new window that registers as a "pop-up" and will be blocked by some pop-up blockers, including the
built-in pop-up blocker in Windows XP Service Pack 2. You will need to unblock www.lwsports.com in your pop-up blocking software in order to
see our printable page. We do NOT have any pop-up advertising on our site.
5. I would like L&W Sports to do my filming and editing, how do I know when you are available and schedule my session and location? [top]
We will contact you shortly after you place your order to coordinate a time and location. In most cases we can
accomodate your first choice, but it does depend on our current commitments and field availability. If you would like to confirm our availability before placing an order, please use the
contact us link to send us an email with your request and we can setup a date for you in advance.
6. What about a pitching machine and other athletes to assist with receiving throws, etc.? [top]
You are responsible for supplying a pitching machine and helper athletes as appropriate. In some cases
L&W Sports may be able to secure some helper athletes for you at a small additional cost, please
contact us in advance if you are interested in investigating this.
7. How should I prepare for my filming day / what do I need to bring? [top]

8. I'm in the Phoenix Metro area, can I pick up my order in person rather than have it shipped? [top]
Yes, in most cases we can arrange an in-person pick up.
